With interviews concluded we provide candidates with feedback and begin work on taking up references and establishing a start date with the successful candidate ensuring the whole recruitment process ends successfully for everyone. We even keep in touch all the way through the candidate’s probation period, just to make sure all is well.
We also offer the added peace of mind of knowing that no fee is payable until a permanent candidate starts work. And, if a candidate turns out to be unsuitable, we’ll either offer a refund or find you a replacement, as per our current terms & conditions
