Sally Emmett, Partner, Cranleigh Recruitment Solutions, Felix Wetzel, Marketing Director, Jobsite and Ian Ruddy, Head of People Services, o2 UK were panel speakers at a Recruitment Society Event held in London on November 21st.

The debate centred around the question - Why don't more recruiters and companies listen to feedback from candidates on their hiring processes? 

Recruitment agencies were told jobseeker feedback is crucial to recruit and retain the best candidates. Sally Emmett said candidates should be treated with respect - "At our peril will we start treating candidates as numbers. If you have a commitment to respect candidates, they will offer you respect and loyalty."
